Editorial Guidelines
AuthorityArticles.com is a directory of AUTHORITY ARTICLES on a variety of topics. To qualify for publishing, articles must meet the following guidelines. Please note that these guidelines can be changed at any time without any notice. Articles once accepted can and will be removed from the directory if we deem that they do not conform to our current guidelines. These are guidelines only. All submitted articles are expected to meet these guidelines. However meeting these guidelines doesn’t guarantee acceptance for publication.
All articles:
- Must be 100% original. Mere rewording or "spinning" articles published elsewhere doesn’t constitute original work.
- Must be authoritative. Articles rehashing commonly known information without any original take on a subject will not be considered authoritative.
- Shouldn’t contain personal attacks, derogatory and offending statements, display racial intolerance or bias , promote antagonism against individuals or groups, be pornographic or in anyway not in good taste.
- Must not contain information on Hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapon/ firearms/ ammunition/ balisongs/ butterfly knives or brass knuckles, or the promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs.
- Must not contain information on any action that violates the law.
- Must be written in grammatically correct English.
- Must not be an announcement, press release, sales letter or anything that blatantly promotes a product or service.
- Must not appear keyword "stuffed."
- Must not contain affiliate links.
- Must be formatted correctly (margins, line spacing etc.)
Other pointers:
- The Author Info section must contain your registered real name.
- You can include a link to your website in the Author Info section.
- There cannot be any direct call to action for the reader to click on your link.
- Article title must have at least two unique words.
- Article title cannot contain any names of individuals, dates, email addresses or hyperlinks.
- Titles must be relevant to the content of the article.
- Article content should be as long as it needs to be. However, anything shorter that around 400 words or longer than around 1000 words would typically not be accepted. If you have an article longer than 1000 words, please contact us first before submitting.
- Select an appropriate category for your article. If you can’t find a suitable category, contact us first with a category suggestion and DO NOT submit the article until we respond.
- We reserve the right to move an article to a category other than the one you select.
Note:
Currently, once an article is submitted, you cannot edit it.
